geting in contact with pros - ZUT media

similar to corridor digital, Zut media work in commercial editing and are a company i worked for a few years back before they where as successful as they are now.to get a look into the world of free lance creatives i felt like these guys are a good start to get an idea for what the industry is like. Same as the others ive contacted, ive sent a letter to them with a follow up email.

Not sure if you would remember me but i had some work experience a couple of years when you where still based in St Helens. It really helped me in terms of getting a feel for the creative industry and basically giving me the push i needed to become a part of it. Now Im currently in my second year of university studying graphic design at Leeds college of art. I still follow what your studio dose as video and editing are still a big part within my practice

The main reason I'm emailing is that I'm working on a project to create a screen print poster campaign and I would love to to get you . Im woking on getting the views of many creatives who have made it in the in their different field and to hopefully get some answers for a few questions. the project itself is aimed more towards students at university to give them a better understanding of what the field they want to go into is like and what professionals like your selfs feel about it. If you guys would like to help then that would be awesome but i understand how busy you are.

If you are interested being part of this then the questions are:

- Collaboration is a big part of the creative industry. When you're looking to collaborate with somebody, what would you look for in terms of quality, skills or even personality

- Everybody has a different way of tackling a project, what would you say is your typical design process when creating your content is?

- How do you measure success within your projects?

- If you could tell your younger self who was just starting out a piece of advice you from what you know now what would it be?

- Finally, If your feeling a bit down, whats your go to video that will always cheer you back up?

- If theres anything else you would like to add to help people coming into the industry then feel free to include it as it would be a huge help!
